Any body know ? " What Self-Esteem is "

Anyway we share here, Self-esteem is collection of beliefs and feelings that we have about ourselves, our self-perceptions.
How we describe ourselves, it influences our motivations, attitudes, and behaviors and than it affects our emotional balancing.
Patterns of self-esteem it begins very early in our life. I will give one example, a toddler who will reach a milestone experiences a sense of accomplishment that bolsters self-esteem. Learning for rolling over after many dozens of unsuccessful attempts teaches a baby a "can-do" behavior.

The basic concept of success is following persistence begins very early. As kids try, fail, try again, fail again, more and more and then finally they will succeed, they will develop ideas about their own abilities.
At same time, they are making a self concept based on interactions with other persons. It is why parental involvement is basic to helping or encourage kids form accurate, healthy of self perceptions.

In another word Self-esteem also may be described as feelings of ability combined with feelings of being loved.
Kids who is happy with an achievement but do not feel loved might eventually experience low self-esteem. For example kids who feel loved but is hesitant about their own abilities may also end up with low self-esteem. Healthy self-esteem comes while the right balance is reached correctly.
